Attendance Policy
- The first bell rings at 08:30 AM, signaling all students to be in their respective classrooms and ready to study.
- All students must be present in the school premises by 08:45 AM.
- At 08:55 AM, the assembly bell rings, and all students are expected to assemble promptly.
- Latecomers will not be permitted to attend the first period and will lose half a day's attendance as a consequence.
Examination Guidelines
During mid-term or monthly tests, if examinations are scheduled during the first period or any period, students must remain in school for the rest of the day. Skipping examinations for the day is permissible only if absolutely necessary.
Personal Belongings
The school assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to students' personal belongings.
Safety and Welfare
The school shall not be held responsible for any illness, injury, accident, or mishaps to any student.
Dismissal Policy
No student is allowed to remain on the school premises after class hours. Habitual late attendance, repeated unjustified absences, neglect of homework, disobedience, dishonesty, quarreling, use of vulgar language, and frequent violation of school regulations are grounds for dismissal. At Subash Matriculation Higher Secondary School, adherence to these rules and regulations ensures a safe, disciplined, and conducive learning environment for all students.
